GTESS
GTESS provides business process outsourcing services to managed care organizations and benefit administrators. The company leverages proprietary technology to provide pre-adjudication claims processing, replacing error-prone human processes with automation. GTESS operates in partnership with leading healthcare payers and networks in the country to help TPAs, PPOs and HMOs outsource their front-end operations.
GTESS used SalesLogix to manage accounts, while ideal customer profile (ICP) data, potential lead data, and opportunities were managed in separate applications. The company wanted to consolidate all CRM activities, but also had specific analytic and reporting requirements not included in any CRM system.
GTESS decided to purchase salesforce.com for their CRM needs, and engaged the Synergex Professional Services Group. The Synergex group introduced GTESS to the VisualSmart business intelligence and analytics tool, which is pre-integrated with salesforce.com, and which could easily handle the advanced requirements.
The Synergex Professional Services Team began with a business process review, and implemented salesforce.com to SPI specifications. Then they implemented VisualSmart and customized it for GTESS, including the provision of weekly historical pipeline "funnel" reports that show the variance from week to week, and distinct report formatting features. Synergex also provides training and support services for the GTESS installations.
