Synergex selected as one of the best places to work in Sacramento

You can tell a lot about how a company treats its customers by the way it treats its employees: contented employees want to spread the good vibes. This week, the Sacramento Area Human Resource Association named Synergex one of "The Best Places to Work in 2006", and the company won a Sacramento Workplace Excellence Leader (SWEL) award.

Judges singled out Synergex for the commitment and dedication shown in keeping telecommuting employees around the world "in the loop." But in reality, that?s nothing new—after all, Synergex has been making and keeping long-distance relationships with our customers for 30 years!

"Synergex is a great example of all the things you can do right" in a small-sized business, said Lisa Clawson, chairwoman of the 2006 SWEL awards. "They've got employees fully engaged."
