VisualSmart Report Distribution for Salesforce

VisualSmart announces the launch of a new service feature,Report Distribution. Working in concert with Salesforce and VisualSmart implementations, Report Distribution allows busy executives to send automatic updated reports to distribution lists of selected groups of Contacts. Once a Report Distribution process is set up, it will operate on its assigned schedule with no further work required.

Executives can use Report Distribution to send:

regularly scheduled reports to designated Contacts (customers, partners, prospects, etc.).
special alerts for a select set (or sets) of Contacts.
current metrics to designated team members.
critical status reports to executive management.

VisualSmart Report Distribution features a convenient wizard-driven interface that guides a user through the tasks of setting up the report (or reports) to be distributed, creating a distribution list, and setting a delivery schedule. The automatically updated report will be delivered to the distribution list via email as an easy-to-read .pdf file.

Users may create multiple Report Distributions, and can make changes to the distribution lists, contents, or schedules at any time.
